Aluminium Wire Products |
|
Connection technology
We produce wire from self-hardening and heat-treatable alloys for
the manufacture of screws, rivets, nails, studs, bolts just to
mention a few. |
|
Packaging technology
Aluminium wire has, due to its specific properties, proved itself
over decades as a packaging material. Application areas: clips and
clasps for food packaging, tea bags, packaging mesh, tubes and clip
band. |
|
|
|
Bending and forming
technology
Self-hardening and heat-treatable alloys are employed in the bending
and forming technology fields due to the fact that they meet the
highest demands on strength and at the same time possess optimal
bending properties. |
|
Aluminium
rods
Apart from the manufacture of wire, Elisental has also specialised
in the production of round rods. With the most modern straightening
machines, high-quality shaped rods are produced from drawn wire. We
manufacture rods in a diameter range of 0.8 - 13.00mm, in specified
or factory lengths of up to 6000mm. |
|
|
|
Thermal spraying
Elisental’s sprayed metal wires are suitable for all currently
employed systems and are characterised by their very good processing
quality and the excellent spraying results. |
|
Machining
Aluminium wire and rods are increasingly being put to use in
turneries for the manufacture of precision parts. Apart from the
known classic alloys, we also offer heat-treatable materials with
chip breaking characteristics and allow susceptibility to
building-up edges. |
|
|
|
Evaporation technology
Top quality, high purity and high-grade aluminium wire is put to use
for the metal coating of packaging and capacitor foils as well as
machine parts. The wire is spooled in layers, in production coils or
as compactly spooled coils in accordance with our client’s wishes.
